| Intelligent evaluation system of situational dialogues in VTS simulator |

| Abstract:To realize the automation and intelligence of the competency training and evaluation for VTS duty officers, and to ensure that the evaluation results are objective, fair and reasonable, the intelligent evaluation system of situational dialogues in the VTS simulator is built. A corpus database of standard marine communication phrases is established to improve the accuracy of the online speech recognition system. The matching analysis model based on the grammar rules is proposed to carry out the matching analysis on text strings obtained by the speech recognition system. The formulation method of practical operation evaluation criteria based on weighting is introduced. By the intelligent technology, this system can partially implement the automatic evaluation on the VTS situational dialogues, reduce the burden of the evaluators, and avoid the subjectivity and unfairness due to manual evaluation. |
