| 中文摘要:基于中小航运企业融资难的问题较为突出，从信息不对称角度研究中小航运企业融资难问题形成的原因.结果表明，由于信息不对称导致银行对航运市场及船舶市场的了解不够深入，对中小航运企业的风险缺乏有效判断，导致银行提供的船舶抵押融资比例及资金配置效率较低.建议通过加强信息传递及信用担保等方式，解决银企之间信息不对称和中小航运企业融资难的问题.

| Analysis on financing for small and medium sized shipping enterprises based on information asymmetry |

| Abstract:As the financing difficulties of small and medium sized shipping enterprises are prominent, the formation cause of the financing difficulties of small and medium sized shipping enterprises is studied from the angle of information asymmetry. The results show: due to the information asymmetry between banks and enterprises, banks could not grasp the shipping market deeply, and banks are lack of effective judgments of enterprises’ risk, which leads to the reduction of the ship mortgage financing ratio and the capital allocation efficiency. It is recommended that the information asymmetry between banks and enterprises and the financing difficulties of small and medium sized shipping enterprises be solved through strengthening the transmission of information and credit guarantee. |
