中文摘要:为客观综合地对港口节能减排管理水平进行评价,促进绿色港口、生态港口的发展,针对港口节能减排管理水平评价系统的灰色特性,以及系统中评价指标之间的排序优势性和评价指标的多样性等特点,采用灰色定权聚类模型,结合指标序优势确定权重的方法,对上海港、青岛港等5个国内港口进行实证分析,评价结果依据5个港口的管理水平进行聚类,最终依据管理水平较高港口的经验,提出提升其他港口节能减排管理水平的措施.

Application of fixed weight grey clustering based on method of determining weight with dominance of indicators in evaluating port capacity of energy saving and emission reduction
Abstract:In order to evaluate port capacity of energy saving and emission reduction objectively and systematically for advancing the development of green and ecological ports, according to the grey characteristics of the evaluation system of port capacity of energy saving and emission reduction, and the dominance of the order and the diversity of the various indicators, the method of determining the weight with fixed weight grey clustering model combined with the dominance of the indicators is used to empirically evaluate and compare the capabilities of five Chinese ports, such as Shanghai port, Qingdao port and so on. The evaluation results are clustered according to the management level of the five ports, and measures for improving port capacity of energy saving and emission reduction are presented on the basis of the experience of the port with higher management level.
