中文摘要:为评价“一带一路”中国主要沿海港口效率,运用三阶段数据包络分析(data envelopment analysis, DEA)模型,对2013—2017年“一带一路”中国主要沿海港口的运营效率进行实证研究。研究结果表明:(1)中国主要沿海港口总体上效率较低,这主要是由中国主要沿海港口的规模无效率造成的;(2)不同区域港口的效率存在较大差异;(3)北方区域和南方区域内部各港口之间呈现出较为明显的效率差异。提出一些提升我国沿海港口效率的对策建议。 |

Efficiency evaluation of Chinese main coastal ports along Belt and Road based on three stage DEA model |

Abstract:In order to evaluate the efficiency of Chinese main coastal ports along the Belt and Road, a three stage data envelopment analysis (DEA) model is used to empirically study the operational efficiency of Chinese main coastal ports along the Belt and Road from 2013 to 2017. The results show that: (1) the Chinese main coastal ports are generally inefficient, and the scale inefficiency is the main reason; (2) the efficiency of ports in different regions is quite different; (3) there are obvious differences in efficiency among the internal ports in the northern region and the southern region. Some countermeasures are put forward to improve the efficiency of Chinese coastal ports. |
