| 中文摘要:MSP是e-航海战略框架中的重要概念之一，该术语及其汉译名在国内学术文献中使用不一，且最常用的汉译名“海事服务集”未能准确反映原本之意。从术语学角度出发，其汉译名应基于对国际海事组织（IMO）所给定义的全面解读以及对该术语中英文单词的正确理解，同时也要合乎汉语术语体系表述的规范。从术语翻译学理角度探讨MSP的汉语译名，对e 航海战略衍生的大量专业术语的翻译具有指导意义。 |

| MSP in e-Navigation: interpretation of definition and Chinese translation |

| Abstract:MSP is one of the key concepts in e Navigation, but the term and its Chinese translation are inconsistent in Chinese academic literature. The most generally used Chinese translation haishifuwuji fails to present the genuine connotation of the English definition. From the perspective of terminology, its Chinese equivalent should be established on the exact and comprehensive reading of its definition given by International Maritime Organization (IMO) and term components, and tries to be up to the Chinese standard. It is believed that the terminology translation study of MSP bears significance on Chinese translation of a large number of derivative terms from e Navigation strategy. |
