中文摘要:针对沿海湾口水域船舶交通流复杂且干扰因素较多的特点,构建船舶航迹集中度模型和船舶会聚区附近的船舶航行干扰度模型,提出湾口水域船舶定线制设计方法和流程。以福建三都澳口水域为例,通过船舶航迹集中度和船舶航行干扰度的计算分析,提出三都澳口水域船舶定线制初步设计方案。通过专家咨询与调查,验证提出方法和流程的可行性。 |

Design method of ships’ routeing in bay waters |

Abstract:In view of the complex traffic flow and many interference factors in bay waters, the ship track concentration model and the ship navigation interference degree model near the ship convergence zone are constructed, and the design method and process of ships’ routeing in bay waters are put forward. Taking the waters of Sanduao Bay in Fujian as an example, a preliminary design scheme of ships’ routeing in Sanduao Bay waters is put forward through the calculation and analysis of the ship track concentration and the ship navigation interference degree. Through expert consultation and investigation, the feasibility of the proposed method and process is verified. |
