中文摘要:为满足船舶交通服务系统(Vessl Traffic Services, VTS)人员培训和评估需求,
提升VTS的监控和服务水平,构建一个VTS与船舶操纵联合模拟的综合模拟器. 该模拟
器通过突破传统单一VTS或者船舶操纵模拟器的局限性,解决VTS雷达回波模拟,多源
目标数据跟踪、融合和误差仿真,以及船舶操纵模拟器、教练员控制台子系统的关键
技术;提出多层次数据通信模型,实现多VTS子系统与多船舶操纵子系统集成.该系统
不仅可为VTS值班人员和引航员培训提供有效的途径,而且可为研究船舶交通管理新
方法提供有效的分析决策平台. |

Key techniques of integrated simulator construction based on VTS and ship handling simulation |

Abstract:To meet the operation staff training and assessment requirements of Vessel Traffic Services (VTS) so as to improve the VTS monitoring and service level, an integrated simulator based on VTS and ship handling simulation is constructed. This simulator overcomes the limitations of the traditional single VTS or ship handling simulator, and addresses the key techniques existing in the VTS radar echo simulation, the multi source target data tracking, fusion and error simulation, the ship handling simulator and the instructor station. The multi level data communication model is proposed to implement the integration of the multiple VTS sub systems and the multiple ship handling sub systems. This system not only provides an effective way to the training of VTS operators and pilots, but also provides a supporting platform of analysis and decision making for studying better vessel traffic management approach. |
