中文摘要:为减少海上场景中海杂波对小目标检测造成的干扰,提出结合局部和全局显著性的检测方法.该方法以图像子块与其邻域对比度作为局部显著度,以利用频率调谐方法得到的全局对比度作为全局显著度,将局部和全局显著度进行规范化处理,组合为总显著度.实验表明:该方法可充分提升局部及全局均显著的区域,抑制海杂波;该方法检测性能优于相关文献中的方法. |

Small target detection in ocean environment using local and global saliency |

Abstract:To reduce the interferences from sea clutters, a small target detection method in ocean environment is proposed based on the local and global saliency. The local saliency is defined as the feature contrast between the image sub patch and its neighbourhood. The global saliency is decided by the global contrast which is obtained by using frequency tuning method. The local and global saliencies are normalized and combined into a total saliency. The experimental result demonstrates that the proposed method can make the regions with both high local and high global saliency value pop out and reduce sea clutters. The performance of the proposed method is better than that of the related
approaches in other related literatures. |
